On May 27th, Pátio da Galé, in Lisbon, hosted the 3rd Annual Novo Futuro Solidarity Dinner, an event that brought together more than 250 guests in a night marked by solidarity, culture and commitment to the cause of childhood and youth.

Upon arrival, participants were greeted with a welcome cocktail, which provided a pleasant moment of conviviality and the opportunity to appreciate the works gathered for the Solidarity Auction, one of the central initiatives of the night.

Before dinner, guests had the privilege of watching musical moments of great artistic quality, led by pianist Iddo Bar-Shai, cellist Fernando Costa and violinist Tomás Soares, whose interpretations contributed to creating a truly special atmosphere.

After dinner, Cristina Azevedo Coutinho, member of the Board, thanked those present and supporters of the event and the President of the Novo Futuro Association, Inês Murteira, also spoke a few words, sharing the institution’s mission, the challenges faced and the impact of the work carried out with children and young people in vulnerable situations.

This was followed by the Solidarity Auction, held with the support of Miguel Cabral Moncada, whose generous collaboration was fundamental to the success of this initiative. All proceeds raised went to the Novo Futuro Association.

More than a fundraising event, this dinner was an important opportunity to raise awareness in the community about Novo Futuro’s mission, strengthen ties with partners and friends of the institution and reaffirm the collective commitment to providing a more promising future for the children and young people it supports.
