The 1st Novo Futuro Gala Dinner took place on April 13th, at the National Museum of Natural History and Science. It was a very special evening!

Thanks to a fantastic team of friends of our association, who conceived, organized and carried out this event, and to a series of incredible partners who donated their talent, it was possible to provide our guests/donors with a pleasant evening, which proved to be a success in terms of fundraising.

The night featured performances by fado singer Katia Guerreiro, Israeli pianist Iddo Bar-Shai and also Miguel Jalôto and Ludovice Ensemble, a group specializing in the interpretation of Ancient Music. To end the night, the auction of several works of art was carried out by Cabral Moncada Leilões.

Cooperation agreements with Social Security represent around 50% of Novo Futuro’s global costs, with the remaining 50% being a demanding and daily challenge for which we count on the support and generosity of civil society. Availability and participation in this initiative contributed, in a very relevant way, to the sustainability of Novo Futuro and to the continuity of our project of welcoming children and young people deprived of a safe family environment, with stories marked by situations of abuse, neglect and physical or psychological mistreatment.
