The data collected will be processed by Associação de Lares Familiares para Crianças e Jovens (Association of Family Homes for Children and Young People) – NOVO FUTURO, with headquarters at Avenida Bombeiros Voluntários de Algés, 42,SL D, 1495-020 Algés (entity responsible for the processing) with the purpose of dissemination of projects and activities developed. The processing of personal data has as its legal basis Novo Futuro’s legitimate interest in maintaining contact with its donors as well as compliance with a legal obligation in the case of issuing a donation receipt.

Novo Futuro will only retain information for the period resulting from the application of its Privacy Policy. The data subject is guaranteed the right to access, update, rectify, forget or delete their personal data at any time, as well as the subsequent exercise of the rights to object and limit the use of the data provided for the purposes described above, and must to do so, send a request to this effect to Novo Futuro, to the email associacao@novofuturo.pt. In cases where they consider that their data is not being processed appropriately, the data subject may choose to contact the Control Authority, a function that, in Portugal, is performed by Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (National Data Protection Commission).
